Intensive Pranayama Training at the Padmayana Yoga School

An intensive three stage course studying the yogic science of conscious and controlled respiration at Rosewell Shiatsu Centre, Castle Bytham.

Stage 1 January 17th/18th 2009
Stage 2 March 14th/15th 2009
Stage 3 May 16th/17th 2009

There will also be an intensive Pranayama course held on Sunday 23rd November 2008 from 4pm-7pm at The Equilibrium Centre in Peterborough.

Course Content
You will be gradually introduced to some of the stronger Pranayama techniques known in the Yoga tradition (Sahaj Agnisara Dhauti, Jalandhara Bandha, Nauly Kryia etc). Given the intensity of these techniques, we strongly recommend that you have at least 4-5 month of Yoga practice or other energy work before joining the course.

- Increased sensitivity to subtle energies
-The ability to open and energise the channels of energy (nadis/ meridians)
- Increase the amount of energy in your aura or on specific chakras

-The ability to transfer energy from one chakra to another or to transfer energy to another person
-Ability to gradually activate Kundalini shakti ( the essential force behind the Yoga Master’s realisations)
